Commercial manager

London | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join Shatro London and oversee the financial and contractual management of our premium construction and fit-out projects across London.

Responsibilities

Full commercial management of multiple simultaneous projects
Preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supplier terms
Cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
Procurement strategy and tender management
Variations management and final account settlement
Ensuring commercial compliance across all project stages

About You

5+ years of commercial management experience in premium construction or fit-out
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction law
Proven track record of delivering projects within budget in the high-end segment
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent
MRICS membership preferred
Fluent English is essential. As we work closely with an international client base, proficiency in Russian is also required.
