Light Blue Apartments

Modern 90 m² apartments with an expressive interior built around a combination of deep blue tones, natural textures, and stone finishes.

In the living area, the central feature is a fireplace clad in large-format stone, complemented by built-in illuminated display cabinets and rich color accents in the furniture. The kitchen is designed in a calmer light-gray palette, with built-in appliances and minimalist storage systems, while a separate walk-in wardrobe has been planned as a fully functional space.

Special attention in the project is given to the bathrooms: terrazzo finishes, built-in niches, integrated lighting, and the clear geometry of the surfaces create a cohesive contemporary interior.

As part of the finishing works in the apartments, the SHATRO team carried out the preparation and leveling of walls, ceilings, and floors; installation of decorative and stone panels; installation of floor coverings, built-in lighting, and light lines; bathroom finishing; and installation of plumbing fixtures. Technical supervision was carried out at every stage, with particular attention paid to the precision of joints, surfaces, and decorative elements.
