ITERA office

ITERA’s office in Limassol is a 320 m² office space delivered turnkey by our team.

As part of the project, we completely reconfigured the space layout: employee and executive offices, a meeting room, a welcome area, a kitchen, a server room, and isolated acoustic booths for calls and small meetings.

The project required comprehensive technical implementation. The scope included demolition works, installation of new plasterboard and glass partitions, engineering utilities, electrical and low-voltage systems, plumbing works, lighting, finishing, and furniture installation. A raised floor was installed across almost the entire office area, allowing engineering utilities and workplace connections to be integrated directly into the floor structure. The project also includes access control, video surveillance, and Wi-Fi systems.

Special attention was given to built-in solutions: wall panels, storage systems, workstations, and furniture custom-made to suit the geometry and functional requirements of each room. The 2.6 m-high glass partitions divide the offices while preserving a sense of light and openness throughout the space.

A key feature of the implementation was that the work was carried out in an active business centre. Construction processes, material deliveries, and noisy works had to be organised in accordance with the building’s operating rules, so the work sequence and site logistics required particularly precise planning.
